Terms of service

By placing an order or registering an account, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Order Execution

1.1. Users must provide accurate information (links, usernames) when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders processed with incorrect data provided by the user.
1.2. If incorrect details were provided, we are not obligated to re-run the service or issue a refund.
1.3. Orders for private profiles will not be executed. In such cases, funds will be returned to the internal balance.
1.4. Order processing typically starts within 72 hours. If execution has not begun after 72 hours, the user may request a full refund with order cancellation, or proceed with the order and receive a 50% cost compensation.
1.5. We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation. In such instances, a full refund will be credited to the user's internal balance.
1.6. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not provide permanent guarantees for followers, likes, or other metrics. Use the service at your own discretion.
1.7. For services with a 90-day refill policy, refills may be denied if the current count exceeds the initial order amount by more than 100%.
1.8. We do not provide internal logs, account lists, or other technical details regarding order execution.
1.9. If a post is deleted or a profile is set to private after the order has started, the service is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
1.10. Simultaneous duplicate orders for the same link may result in only one order being successfully completed. No refunds for overlaps.
1.11. We do not accept complaints regarding the quality or appearance of the accounts used to provide the service.

2. Refund & Balance Policy

2.1. Internal balance can only be used to purchase services within the system.
2.2. Funds on the internal balance (including rewards, bonuses, and refunds) are non-withdrawable.
2.3. Withdrawals of unused funds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, but this does not constitute an obligation.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1. Customer data is protected according to industry-standard security protocols.
3.2. We do not share personal information (including email addresses) with third parties for marketing purposes.
3.3. We do not store payment information. All transactions are processed via secure, certified third-party payment gateways.

4. Referral Program

4.1. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system for personal orders is strictly prohibited.
4.2. If fraudulent activity is detected, all referral earnings will be voided. Decisions regarding account suspension are final and not subject to appeal.
4.3. Referral earnings can only be used to purchase services within the platform.
