Note on safety

We treat your personal data safety seriously. Soc-Promotion never collects your personal information. To provide you with services, we need a bare minimum of your e-mail address and the username of the profile you want to promote.


Your order will start its delivery right after we receive your payment. However, if you ordered a big package of, let's say, 10000 likes, we will not drop it all down on your post in bulk. Instead, we will spread this activity in portions to make sure the promotion looks natural both to other users and to social media algorithms.

The process of delivery can take from 72 hours to a few more days depending on the kind of service and the package you choose. If your order didn't start its delivery 72 hours after payment, you're entitled to a refund.

Payment and guarantees

We're constantly seeking a better approach to receive your payments. For now, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards from banks worldwide. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Unfortunately, we don't accept PayPal payments.

We cover our services by refund and refill guarantees. A refund takes place if you didn't receive the services you ordered from us or canceled them ‒ if these terms are met, you're entitled to a full refund.

A refill is used to refill likes or followers after a significant drop. It's simple: if you ordered this activity from us, and the numbers went down in a few days, you're entitled to refill, so we can add up some likes to the number you ordered.

Both processes are not automated ‒ contact our support in order to receive a refill or a refund.

You may send your information requests regarding payment, delivery and guarantee any time you want ‒ we will do our best to provide you with fast answers. If our support manager didn't respond within 1‒2 hours, that means you're in a different timezone than our Support team. Don't worry and be patient ‒ we will answer you as soon as we receive your request.
