Refund Policy

The services we offer are irrevocable ‒ for example, you can't cancel your order once it's got to the delivery. Please remember that while making any purchasing decisions on Soc Promotion.

How to get a refund?

You're eligible for a 100% refund if you didn't receive the services you've paid us for. Please remember that this refund policy covers only orders that couldn't be delivered properly by our fault, whether it's a technical error or any other problem on our side.

If the payment was confirmed, but for some reason, you didn't receive the number of followers, likes, comments, or views you've paid for, please contact our support team to settle a refund.

We also can provide you with a refill if you received the services you've ordered but experienced a sharp drop in numbers in a short time after that. For example, if you ordered 1000 new Instagram followers from us, and received the subscriptions, but most of the unfollowed you shortly after, you can apply for a refill by contacting our support team.

All you have to do is describe the problem in the form, attach your order number if you've already purchased our services, and add your e-mail so we'll be able to continue the conversation via e-mail.

In which cases are you eligible for a refund?

We offer a full refund under a few circumstances:

  1. If the service wasn't delivered. Please note that big orders are getting delivered not in one day due to most of the social media's security restrictions and anti-bot policies. We do that to ensure your accounts remain safe. However, if after the payment was confirmed you didn't receive the full number of followers, likes, or views you've ordered, feel free to reach out to our support team and apply for a refund. Please remember that your account should be public and have content on it in case you want to order likes or views, or else it will be technically impossible to fulfill the order.
  2. If you received the wrong or incomplete service. Within seven days after the purchase, you are eligible for a refund in case you received the wrong or incomplete service. For example, if you've ordered 1000 likes but received only 100 of them in a few days. Please back your complaint with evidence so we will be able to verify the problem and offer you a refund.

Note that starting from day seven after you've placed an order we don't accept any refund requests.
