We provide our services only for present posts. If you delete a post, we'll suspend our service for this publication without the right to get a refill or refund. Make sure that posts you're ordering our services for are relevant and won't be deleted.

Can I turn my account private after ordering a service?

We don't have technical opportunities to deliver our services to private accounts — no one, in fact, has. Make sure the account you're purchasing for is public. If you made it private shortly after placing an order, make it public again and contact our team in order to resume service delivery.

Why are your services unavailable for private accounts?

Private accounts are meant to be protected from unwanted attention, allowing access to their content only to reviewed and accepted accounts. Can one service order be changed for another?

How do I cancel my auto-subscription or running order?

If your order is still running, there's nothing we can do to stop it. If you want to cancel your subscription after the order is fulfilled, please contact us so we can help you.

What kind of followers can I expect after ordering new followers from you? Will they be authentic and active?

You can personally choose the quality of followers — it can be bots or real people. Some of the authentic followers will have only a profile bio filled and a few posts on their profile, and some will be active real people. Their location cannot be fully traced, but usually, it's mostly European & Asian users.

Can I use PayPal?

My payment is declined. Why?

If your payment is declined, this can be due to one of the following reasons:

  • server-side errors;
  • insufficient funds;

What is the currency of the payment?

Your card will be charged in the currency of your bank country. If you live in the US, the payment will be in USD, if you live in the UK — your receipt will be in GBP. We don't charge any extra fees for international payments, but please beware that your bank might do so.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

I got charged a different amount of money than expected. Why?

We charge the exact amount of money that we display in our offers. If you were charged extra money, this might be due to your bank's or country's extra fees.

Can I get a payment invoice?

How long will it take to get my order delivered?

Your order will start within 24 hours after we received your payment. The delivery can take from 72 hours to a few more days depending on the kind of service and amounts you choose for your package. If your order didn't start 72 hours after payment, you're entitled to a refund.

Can you expedite the delivery?

You can control the speed of delivery depending on the service. Unfortunately, we can't possibly expedite the delivery due to technical restrictions. But you still can choose the speed of delivery before completing your order.

What is the difference between a Refill and a Refund?

A refund takes place if you didn't receive the services you ordered from us or canceled them.
A refill is a way to, well, refill missing numbers of likes or followers. For example, if you ordered likes from us and after the delivery, there was a huge drop in them on some of the posts you've ordered likes for, you're entitled to refill, so we can add up some likes to the number you ordered.
Both processes are not automated — you have to contact us in order to receive a refill or a refund.

How long does a Refill or a Refund take to process?

Refill and Refund transactions are processed within 3 working days. Please note that money will go to your Soc-Promotion balance, not your bank account. In some cases, we might favor a withdrawal to your personal account. To learn more about our Refund policies, please read our Terms of Service.
